Most people plan Greece from a screen and hope for the best. You will have a real person who reviews these places for a living, one message away. We shape the trip before you leave home, then we stay with you: the table that is somehow always full, the island that suits the five days you actually have, the ferry that just changed, the taxi that is trying it on. You text. We answer. All of Greece, not only Athens.

One thing to be clear about

We are not a booking agency and we take nothing from the places we send you to. We recommend what is good, not what pays us. You book and pay venues directly; we arrange, open the door and stay on the line. That independence is the whole point of VANE, and it is why the answer you get is the true one.

How do I pay, and when?

You tell us your dates, we reply with a plan and a secure payment link for the days you want. Nothing is charged until you agree. Venues you book and pay directly; the concierge fee is only ours.

How fast do you answer?

Same day during Greek hours, usually within the hour. This is a real person reading your message, not an app, so the odd night message waits until morning.

Is it really all of Greece?

Yes. Athens and the islands are our home ground, but the line covers the whole country, mainland included. If we do not know a corner first-hand, we tell you plainly and find the person who does.

What if it is not useful?

If the first day does not earn its place, we refund the rest, no arguing. We would rather keep the reputation than the fee.

I only need a little. Is there something smaller?

Yes. The Athens File is nineteen euro and comes with three questions answered by hand. Many guests start there and add the concierge for the days that matter.
