Dining is where the property earns its reputation. Petra, its signature restaurant, turns out Greek-rooted fine dining under chef Tasos Stefatos, caldera light by day, candlelit calm at night, with the more intimate Panorama Balcony for private evenings above the sea.
Why it's in VANE
Oia is crowded with view; far fewer addresses back it with a kitchen this serious. Petra is the reason it earns its place, not the sunset.
